Meet the Founder
Christina Cagle is the founder of The Bloom Group, bringing nearly 15 years of progressive human resources experience supporting multi-site organizations across the U.S. and Canada. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Western Carolina University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Throughout her career, including her experience as HR Director, she has partnered closely with senior leadership teams to guide organizational growth, lead complex change initiatives, strengthen leadership capability, and build people strategies that support long-term business success.
Her experience spans the full employee lifecycle, including organizational design, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, compliance, engagement, and change management. She has led large-scale workforce initiatives, advised leaders through complex people challenges, and helped organizations improve both operational effectiveness and employee experience.
Growing up with parents who owned a business, and now with a spouse who owns and operates one, Christina understands firsthand the realities, pressures, and opportunities that come with building and scaling a company. This perspective shapes her approach – practical, thoughtful, and grounded in what actually works.
